Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I have my Commander Account on Twitter. I was wondering if anyone else has an account just for their Commanders or one where they post their gaming stuff to. I am always looking to follow others that are playing Elite Dangerous.

I see the appeal in this, although I don't know what, if anything, I would post on twitter that I would not instead post here. I mean after all I gave up reddit to move to this forum because I wanted to get away from the errant and strange posts of hyped up children and trolls.

If you remember, try to let me know how you are feeling about twitter in a few months and how things have gone for you. Maybe then I will have come to terms with expanding my online social structure once again and give it a go.

Been using Twitter for years, and for my commander for a couple of months now. I follow a lot of people that are streamers, or makers of utils for ED. And some other pilots that are decent. I had to unfollow a few, but it is all in who you follow. And don't follow

My main twitter account is over 3 years old and I still check it a few times a day. I get to hear who I want without hearing form the idiots. A lot of control in there in fact. More than in the FD Forums, or Reddit. Although I do still look at both.

Can't help you there. If you don't see a use for it, there is not much I can do for that. I feel the same way about Facebook. Can't see a use for that either. Never had an account, never will.

I just use twitter like a mini news app if you will, for things or people I want to keep up with. For example, I follow a lot of streamers. I never can manage to catch them when they are live, but when they post I can go take a look when time permits. I find it has its uses for me. *YMMV

Hmm maybe that's a good idea for my Facebook account.

Every day I can describe my bowel movement in detail and see how many drops me from their friend list

Its facebook, you will end up with more friends, and eventually they will shout "Pics or it didn't happen!"
