I've just about finished moving my base to Jameson in Shinrarta Dezhra and I was pleasantly surprised to find no less than three CMDRs there this evening!
I had a nice chat with a guy from Holland (who's English is a lot better than my Dutch!)...
The community is building up nicely!

Rodgeirr there is a haz res in the next system over. Exioce. Plenty of money to be had there. Last time I was there there was a few CZ'S as well.

Bajauie is a couple of jumps away and has both a compromised Nav and HazRES, only outposts thought so don't bring anything too big, and neither has rearm.

I'm more of a casual than I used to be, haven't tried out a Compromised Nav Beacon yet. What's the distinction? Tougher Ships? No Security? More frequent spawns?

Also--I've been doing some hunting in the HAZ RES in Exioce. It's a great little place but can get a bit crowded due to the high number of Commanders stationed at Rafferty's right now.
