Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hi,

Just a quick question, I know that the main rule of this is group is "Thou shalt not shoot at the hollow squares on thy scanner". However, I have come across a NPC ship that has a wanted status, but (s)he was also a member of "Order of Mobius".

One the one hand, they are NPCs and have a bounty so I can blast them out of the sky. On the other hand if I do blast them, does it help or hinder the Morbious faction? Am I removing the criminal element from the group and thus making the group better, or am I making it worse by destroying one of my own??? (Even if it is a NPC...)

blasting the orders NPC hinders the faction. if you are supporting the faction then don't do it, if you have nothing to do with the faction then by all means have fun.

Thanks for your answer. Even though I consider myself a bit of a freelancer going from star to star picking jobs off the board looking at the cash rather than the faction, I wouldn't want to sabotage your plans for galactic domination.

Slight admission, I shoot at it, but if it's any consolation, it got away before I could finish the job!
