No PVH for the SRV at Rafferty's... Where to go?

For Horizons, we have to equip 2 things in internals: PAS (Planetary Assault Suite) enabling planetary approach and flight, and a PVH (Planetary Vehicle Hangar) for our SRV (read Buggy) if we want to go bouncing across a planet surface Stunt Car Racer style. As if... Duh...
I could buy the PAS at Rafferty's, but where do I go to get the PVH? Anybody?

Just for anyone close, LHS 223 has them also and pretty sure that is where I got my Corvette from also.

In short they are all over the place, but as in 1.4 so it is in 2.0.
