Wonder if its possible to kit out the Type-9 or the Asp to have some shit hot defensive capabilities, armour, turrets, all that sort of thing. Type-6 and Hauler don't seem to have enough hardpoints.
The when a bitch/twat/shithead pirate comes along, their fighter gets the shit kicked out of them.

When I flew the Type 6, I just had 2 missile launchers. All pips to shields/systems and engine, and let them get nice and close. As I recall it was enough for 2 Sidewinders, or 1 Cobra at that time (beta 2).

The Asp is awesome offensively. There's a video kicking about showing it fitted with 6 multi-cannons and it just eats other ships 
Hoping to save up enough for one this week. The type 6 only has 2 hard points so it's never going to be that great.
