Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I would politely like to ask:
Can people docked at Robigo mines go inside the hanger so that I don't have to sit in space waiting for a slot to become available?
Otherwise I have to switch to solo just to dock there.

It still blocks it when you are in the hangar.
Switch to solo/open to land.
