The Onionhead CG in Altair

So, I am just going to out and say this, I am normally not big on CGs. with the exception of the "free the slaves" cg a while back, I have really mostly ignored them. To the point, who here plans to participate in this CG, and what should I expect going in to this? Heck, where does a person even get ahold of onionhead?

Onionhead can be sourced at Harvestport in Kappa Fornacis. (@75ly from Altair)
Kappa Fornacis (Independent) - Harvestport (918ls) - Onion Head - 775cr - Max Allocation 8t - Illegal in some systems - Station has no black market
Prices will NOT be set for this CG, they will fluctuate - Max Allocation 8t

Ohhhh, interesting, with the max allocation at 8 tons, it might pay off to use a smaller, lighter ship then

Thanks for the heads up. Thinking that's my run this weekend.. time to get rid of the 32 ton cargobay and get a c5 fuel scoop

I had not seen this post here and have since made a post in the Community Goal section looking to see if anyone wants to do some organized runs. If you team up you can get quite a bit more progress in the Goals that use rares.

yep I did some of these in my most fun ship... my Cobra III :mrgreen:

I'm hopping around in my diamondback doing really well, it basically makes the full run in 3 jumps one way, 4 jumps the other. It is actually a really nice change of pace flying this lighter ship, I feel like I have been stuck in my type 9 for a century
