Hello,

is this the correct forum to report a player? I went to the Alien site in Synuefe XR-H D-11-102 and got insta killed by an Anaconda without any warning.

If you were in the Mobius group at the time then please send a PM to the Admins with details (and screenshots/video if you have it). They can then investigate.

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened to you. A few obvious questions - are you sure you were in one of the Mobius groups at the time? Are you sure it was a player and not an NPC, players have CMDR in front of their name and appear as a hollow blip on your radar.

Dumb questions I know, but you'll be surprised by how many reports we get from people killed by NPCs or when they were not in Mobius.

If it was a player and you were in a Mobius group, please send a private message to the Admins using this link, and include as much information as you can and ideally a link to some screen shots or video of the incident.

I can confirm this, and I've been in contact with admins. For anyone going to the more important POIs, be sure to dismiss your ship as these kinds of bottomfeeding scum thrive on wasting other peoples time, and will shoot your parked ship. If you dismiss your ship they'll only be able to take out your SRV, which isn' too much of a problem.

We have had a few unfortunate reports of a griefer at the Alien Ruins site today. The situation is being dealt with as quickly as possible.

Playing in solo or your own private group (with your wingmen) is a good option until we reach resolution.

I was attacked earlier this evening at the Alien Ruins site by an elite Anaconda in a wing of two.
He got my shields down as I was seeing who he was.
As soon as I was fired upon I started recording the attack.
Managed to get away without being destroyed by logging.

Please contact the admins at:

with details of the encounter, which Mobius group you play in, screenshots, and any video clips that you may have.

The griefer will be dealt with swiftly.

He was at the alien ruins. There are no NPCs there

The perennial problem in Mobius.

Think if you encounter this scum in Mobius, just combat log on their ass.
When they go crying to FDev about combat loggers, kick them in the butt by asking FDev to implement a permanent fix to mode invasion. PvE only mode. The more they cry about combat logging the more others can point out about mode invasion and hopefully FDev will finally implement a PvE only mode.
