Ship builds

Being new I have been looking online for possible ship builds and what experiences other cmdrs might have with the builds. The only comments and detailed builds I could find have been on YouTube and reddit. Anyone know of a site dedicated for just this purpose? If one even exists?
Something like this site https://www.mechspecs.com/ which I visited allot to get ideas and tested builds when I was play MWO.
If not would be nice to maybe have a dedicated forums for this for this community, and forgive me if this has already been discussed or if I am over stepping here. Thank you all.
