Choice dilemma!

Ok, so the next Target is to purchase an Asp.
I currently have a Cobra (44T Cargo) and the 725K credits it would cost to part ex to a Type-6.
Do I part ex for a basic Type-6 (50T cargo) or carry on grinding with the Cobra?

If you are trading, going to a T6 makes sense as the jump in income is considerable especially without shields. However, you need to make sure you have the 1million credits PLUS enough to buy commodities (96 cargo worth), upgrades like cargo space, and the most important which is buyback costs. You wont need an FSD if you are doing in-system trading. You gotta risk it for the biscuit, but you don't want to overdo it. Flying with shields is a good risk, flying without insurance is not. Good luck mate!

Personally, I would keep grinding with the Cobra, until you have enough money to upgrade the T6 to a worthy trading ship. I`m doing the same myself. I`m going to keep grinding with the Cobra until I have at least 2 or 2 and a half million credits. Then I`ll think about getting a T6. and upgrading it into a tidy trading ship. I`ll then buy a sidewinder and kit that out for a bit of fun in `open play`.....

Yep, I was leaning that way tbh.
Thank you for your wise words.
