I seem to have been kicked out :(

I went to login to mobius today only to find that the group isn't in my group list anymore.

I know there's a separate mobius pve group but I've always been a member of the original mobius group since about 2015, what happened?

Thanks :)

are you a member of Mobius PvE? as with the duel membership project to reduce the number of people in the original group and make space those in both were removed from Mobius, if not then FD may have removed you in error. what is your cmdr name? I'll have a look and see if it appeared in both our members lists

Looks like someone didn't see the pinned posts on Facebook, or the various announcements in this forum sticky threads for the last couple of months. ;)

Summary: If you had dual membership in "MOBIUS PVE" private group as well as the "MOBIUS" private group this may have applied to you.

It was explained in this post https://elitepve.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7382 that at the end of March, if you preferred a certain private group, to stay in that one, and leave the other.
The default action was to drop you out of MOBIUS original group because you were also in MOBIUS PVE.

If in the case people got bumped from MOBIUS and found themselves in MOBIUS PVE group, but would prefer to be in MOBIUS,
please use this link: https://goo.gl/forms/ANwUG6GUo3NwbXJk2 to register your interest in rejoining MOBIUS, and when you get accepted, you can leave the MOBIUS PVE group in-game.

Frontier never gave us the tools to remove inactive members, so duplicate memberships was the next easiest option.

Apologies if you got whammied by this, but hopefully we can help you 'home'.

You can request to join MOBIUS group, go fill in a form, but the proviso is that once you are accepted you have to leave the other group.
