Off the top of my head:
In Elite 2: Frontier:Realizing that the planet I was closing in on had gravitational pull that exceeded that of my main thrusters gravitational push... You know what that spelt.... (spinning gravestone)
In Elite 2: Frontier:Being engaged by Eagles while flying my Puma Clipper. After locking on, I would engage the docking computer and sit back and relax while watching as my Puma slowly but surely navigated closer and closer to the panicking Eagle, until it ended up a smudge on my windscreen.

I remember the bug when you had a military mission to nuke a base.
As soon you have marked the target you could fire the nuke, even if you where far away from it, and then toggle the star dreamer. The nuke never missed

Frontier Elite 2
Completing my first assassination mission in a Puma clipper with a Large Plasma Accelerator and then laughing as the cops bounced off my ship (the ones that didn't blow up inside the docking bay first xD)
Frontier Elite 2
The joy when I finally realised that I could sell the weapons on my Eagle and start trading with the cash it gave me
Frontier Dangerous
Thinking I could recreate the bit in the FE2 intro where the Imperial Courier comes out of warp space and flys through the middle of a ringed space station in a Sidewinder and ending up smeared across a support beam instead

Toggling the time slider is cheating Vikinger! You know that...
You can get away with a lot of things using that thing.

Watching the intro's! I remember watching the spinning cobra open mouthed as a kid, it was just light years ahead of anything else I'd seen. Also the intro to Frontier remains one of the classic intro's of all time:

Once planetary landings come out, I'm doing a side by side video of the original intro vs me doing it. I might also include a credit counter to see how much all the ships I would end up destroying would be worth
