People online, pnp design fails

Seems ED totally dropped the ball this patch (1.05). I can't see anyone, anywhere, whether in Group or Open - arranged a meeting with a few, but no one ever ended in same instance with someone else...
Bummer.
Even commodity markets differ by up to 100 Cr when everyone checks their lists at *same* station.
And traffic reports are different too... for everyone.

Wow, really? I haven't played the last three days. Did you try any of the changes to the AppConfig.xml?

I get the feeling they've over-tweaked the instancing to make sure people could get together in open, and this is maybe a knock-on effect. Dunno. Keeping fingers crossed for the next update...

Well, five of us managed to meet and spend the evening at Azrael, and it only took a couple of tries or two. So maybe they fixed something server-side...

Yea, no change to better or worse after tinkering with the config.

Me and a few friends finally managed to see each other in an instance but it took a few quit to desktops to get there. At one point, we even tried logging in at exactly the same time to try and get the same server number. This seemed to work but seriously...wtf?
