Order of Mobius - where to find

Hello,
I am new to the Mobius group and would like to join / help the Order of Mobius. I just like to do BB missions and this is what helps a faction to grow. So I set out to your home base, hoping to find a minor faction called "Order of Mobius". But there isn't such thing.
So, my nooby question is: Which faction shall I support in order to help the Order?

This actually appears to be a bug that should be fixed in a patch/hotfix soon.

Hey guys,
Although I'm already supporting another player faction, I'd like to lend a helping hand to mobius from time to time, since I almost exclusively play through thus private group.
Which system and station mobius' home?

The system is Azrael.

Oh this is perfect.. 115ly away from my other faction (probably will never have to choose sides) and with great trading possibilities between them.
