That's funny because I have done a shitload of missions tonight and they have all been OK............

Seems a weird bug that one..........

Mind you all mine were around the core system.....

leave it for a while until the missions time out and you should be able to dump the now stolen cargo, if you want to log out and come back to it its best to do so in deep space unless the station you are docked at has a black market. in this way you don't run the risk of getting scanned and fined for it.

Andy, the mission disappears, the cargo gets a red triangle and you can't jettison because it is "mission critical".

that's because the mission may disappear but the timer still runs in the background, once it expires your good to go again

I had a problem with a mission I took. It had a reasonable time limit (30 minutes) and I went straight to the target station. When I got there I handed in all my other missions but didn't realise one must have bugged out and I now had illegal cargo in my hold. I went to another station, all sweet and innocent, got scanned and fined for illegal cargo and only then noticed the mission had gone from my list, So, fined for mission failure and illegal cargo.

To top it all off, I thought I'd sneak out of the station in silent running mode, so I sped out...right into a fucking chrome viper that was jammed sideways in the slot! £35k in insurance later...that's one expensive bug! Well, expensive for me anyway...I don't have that much cash,
