Good bounty hunting area around Azrael?

I enjoy bounty hunting a lot, especially in REZs (now that I got used to them) and was looking for a good system around Azrael with the following criteria:

A) A station /outpost near a star that is up to 2k LS or closer

B) REZ zones near the station (around 500 LS)

C) In Empire territory

D) if not REZs then a nav beacon.

I'm running Cobra Mk III.

NLTT 8653. Hi-Tech System which is a Bonus, and Next Door to another High Tech System Sak Manka. about 40ly from Azrael.

Has RES, station is close. Also has an Independent Outpost in case you shoot cops and need to pay off fines. And there are a few neighbours that you can find close that have CZ's if you are so inclined.

Dvorsi and Exioce have several RES. I don't remember how close the stations are to the RES, but they aren't far. These two systems should only be 1-2 jumps from Azrael.
