Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

How do I put power distributor pips to 3-2-1, 3 for sys, 2 for eng and 1 for wep as an example?
May be a stupid question but I don't know how

Use your arrow keys. Down to reset, then use left right and up to change it.

Correct usage to get that combo (and I cant verify till I load up the game and test it) should be Down (reset) Left, Up, left. Should be 3 Sys, 2 Eng, 1 Wep.

Down, Left, Up, left gives me 3½ - 2 - ½
I know it is close enough, but I was wondering if that 'true' 3-2-1 is possible at all

Add a right to the end?

That results 3 - 1½ - 1½

down left right left right left up up

Get the pips you want at 3 and 1 to 4 and 2, with the remaining one (the one you want at 2) to zero. Then pump that one to 2, and you'll be left with the 3-2-1 combo you want.
