This is weird.

My wireless laptop is getting the 17 mbit/s down that I'm paying for, but my hardwired desktop is getting approx. 1 mbit/s.

Help please. :(

I can't help but I can confirm you're not alone with this sort of weirdness. two weeks ago, according to my PC and PS3 I had no internet connection. All the lights on the router said good to go and both mine and my girlfriend's smart phones showed we had excellent and fast wireless signals from the router (yes my router not my neighbours)

Hm. Glad I'm not alone. Will contact my provider in the morning.

I'm with Plusnet if that's ringing any bells

Nope. I'm in Denmark using someone called Fullrate.

Did a router reboot. Didn't do anything at first, but suddenly speeds were back up to the hardlines, but now our wireless devices can't connect. Good grief...

Going to contact a 4G mobile broadband router provider tomorrow. Seems I can get faster ups and downs cheaper there. Though I'm not sure a 40 GB data package a month is enough. Thoughts?

But beta 3 is now up and running. Looks good, but need to get my bindings sorted. Again. :)

See y'all out there.

I only stream those.

But I was thinking gaming wise. Me and my boy are both online alot, he downloads a game or 2 a month I think, and I'm downloading/playing these E: D packages.

I've googled a bit, but can't really get a clear picture of how it's summed up. I guess the main thing is what do they charge if I want a more data.
