1.5.1 Win-64 'Refuel 10%' not working. Just me?

Says it all really. No matter how many times I hit the button, no fuel. Makes the right noise though.
'Refuel 100%' is also ropey - takes at least 2 pushes, sometimes as many as 6 to get it to work.
Anyone else?
(It was the same on 1.5.0 - hoped they'd have fixed it in the patch. At least the annoying version number is gone from the bottom left.)
