Route Unavailable

Hej

Something annoying is happening.

I have taken a mission to deliver 17 medicines to a certain system. I also have with me some trade agreements and progenitor cells, maxing out my cargo hold of 112 tons.

I set the route from point A (where I picked up the medicines) and point B (where the medicines need to be taken).

The route showed about 20 jumps but when I came out of the galaxy map to make the jump I noticed that the first jump, according to the target in front of me was the final destination. I tried to enter jump drive but it said max 3.00 tonnes.

So I started again by going into the galaxy map and re-plotting the route, but now it says route unavailable. I have tried to plot a route to one of the original points halfway on the original course, and again it keeps saying no route unavailable. So I selected a system that I have plotted and travelled along from Point A (current position) to point C ( a system I have travelled to from here with no proplems in the past), but again it is saying route unavailable.

Why is this happening?
Why, on a 20 point course, is my FSD trying to take me straight to the final destination?
Why can't I travel to a system I have travel to before with a full cargo?

I am opting for economical route.

Thank you.

Sounds odd, given that you say you can't make a jump that you have previously made with a full load.

Have you made any modifications to the ship since you last made the jump (i.e. put in a heavier module)?
Have you remembered to refuel (obvious question I know but worth checking)?
Have you tried a single system jump (jump to the next system along), then re-plotting the route?

It could be a bug of course.

Hi Xebeth

No, I haven't modified my ship in any way since the past successful jump
Yes, I have a full fuel load
Yes, I have tried jumping to the next course and then re-plotting the course, but I still have the same proplem.

Is there anyway to "clear the memory" of the navigation computer?

I think it just happens automatically when you reach your destination, if you've plotted and completed a single jump, then re-plotted your longer route from scratch and it's still happening then it sounds like a bug.

Have your tried logging out and re-starting ED?

Hi Xebeth

Yes I've tried logging out and in again but it still happens :(

Very odd, can you post some screen shots of what is happening?

KK, so I landed at a nearby station and off loaded all of my progenitor cells so that I had only the 17 medicine and 10 trade agreements. That seems to have done the trick and now I can navigate the 30 jump journey to my destination. I've never had this proplem before with a full cargo, so I'm not sure why it happened now. Vary puzzling.
