Military Grade Composite for Clipper

Been looking around but can't find an outfitter that sells Military Grade Composit bulkheads for the Imperial Clipper. Anyone know of a place to score this upgrade?

Depends where you are......Fowler orbital in Divorsi is listed with it......
Take a look on Inara under outfitting........

Set power play faction to li-yong-rui.
All his controlled stations has a 15% discount on all ships and fittings, something you will save millions on when buying things like mil spec hull for large ships.

You do not have to pledge alliance, everyone gets 15% discount in LYR controlled systems.
I use it all the time.
