If you have unlocked level 2 access but have sold off your level 1 modded module, can you apply a level 2 upgrade directly to an unmodded module, or do you need to perform a level 1 upgrade again first?

I know that's multiple questions, so please don't just answer yes or no.

Yeah no need to to mod level by level.

In fact instead of risking one decent fsd mod I put the old one in the asp from the python, and get a brand new fsd modded as well.
That way I can go back at least.
