Which engineer mods reduce FSD jump range?

I have posted on the optimized RatSprinter RAsp (47/51ly) here.
Since Ratting means mostly playing in Open during Rescues, and optimizing means scaling down almost everything to D-grade or lower-calss A, I would like to know very much which engineer upgrades do NOT affect jump range negatively.

Especially:
- Dirty /Clean Drive Tuning to be able to run in normal space if required;
- Shield strengthening to get a bit more out of D-grade shields.
