Degraded Emissions

Am out in the OOCHOST sector once in awhile a USS shows up containing Survey Data Cache illegal salvage not worth much on the Black Market I have scanned it using the Data Link scanner within 200m or less other than a bunch of noise there is no other message feedback. Anyone else found a use for these Sources?

Yes, two actually: Target practice and pirate bait when returning to the bubble.

LOL yes indeed useful and I have Guns to shoot with well actually they are in storage in HIP 18077 packed them out here to do a little shooting to rep rank up at the CNAV.
