Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hey all. I've been modding my ship up and noticed something. I had my military composite upgraded at what's her face's (the Blue Mafia one) and now the Outfitting slot for hull materials isn't there anymore when I go into the Outfitting section. Also the option to change hull colors, weapon colors, etc. What's up with that. I checked other, unmodded ships and itd the same deal.

may be unrelated, or not.. but yesterday on a planetary scan mission, i arrived at the beacon and couldn't scan.. i backed off to check my fire groups and noticed my modules screen was empty... had to refresh the instance, and wait for like 2 minutes for the base to reappear.

maybe a super laggy weekend on the servers?
