Noob question ... Fine I can’t pay

I have incurred a 95cr fine from The StumblingTroop and don’t remember where I picked it up (I have been doing a rare item trading loop) and the only incident I can recall is being rear ended by a ship as I was leaving a star port and hearing a warning to leave adequate distance between ships.
The standard station contacts don’t give me the chance to to pay the fine.
It has a 6D+ cooldown
Anyone know where I can pay this?

According to EDDB,
The Stumblingtroop is present in Bunuras, Herthe, and San Qin Gu. Alternatively, fly to the nearest low security systems, and pay the fine with a 25% mark-up at the "Interstellar Factor" that you can find in the Contacts menu on every starport in low security systems.

You can also pay in any low security system, under contacts, you will see interstellar factions. it will cost you 25 percent more.
Very handy for these parking tickets. And also when you accidentally shoot the police.
