Interesting. Given all the background history of the Guardian's it wouldn't be that surprising that something drops that needed context.
Perhaps some big bad AI is coming to get us too?

Pollux being the backyard of Sol system, if things go down nearby it could be interesting.
But knowing Frontier it may be super anticlimactic.. like a few attacked stations and two CGs... One to evacuate refugees and bring commodities, One to kill "ships in their wanted list" AKA the usual CG weekly copy/paste.
Frontier, surprise me !

Lesson learned : Don't play Elite, just stick with the launcher. that's where the real action happens (and it's PVP free!)
