Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Might be a strange title for a first post but I've just been accepted onto the Mobius PS4 group (hi everyone) but I have 2 other groups in my private list that i no longer go into.
Being the tidy person I am, how to I remove them or leave the group?
There's no obvious 'leave' button in any menu I can find and a quick google turns up nothing

Any idea's?

It's hidden away where you wouldn't necessarily be looking.

Main menu -> Friends and Private Groups -> Choose the group you wish to leave and press X -> Show Members -> Leave.

Yeah that's so obvious!?!? lol
