I enjoyed the Viper, the Asp, the Krait(from Lave) and the Puma clipper.

The Asp Explorer was my favourite. Beautiful, agile, and big enough to explore the frontiers.

The Puma Clipper was good for my mining years. But I remember being caught in the random planets gravity, and not having enough power in my main thrusters to slow the sucker down. Some planets had mean gravitational pull.

Did you try this? When you realized that you were coming in too hot, turning the Puma nose up, engaging all power to main thrusters, and then watching the altimeter race down as you plummet towards the ground with no signs of slowing down?... You died (spinning tombstone)..

Yep ... Loved the Asp.

I also used to love the Imperial Trader .

Imperial Courier by a mile. Probably my favourite all time ship in any of the Frontier games in fact. Sleek styling but large enough to carry some truly awesome weapons, some cargo and even passengers. Great ship and I was really hoping they would show it during Beta 2 because at the moment the Imperial ships are sadly lacking.

What Imperial ships are there at the moment?

By 'sadly lacking', I think Philip actually meant 'completely lacking'.

The Imperial Trader on the other hand, was a tub of lard...

Still better than the Anaconda though
