Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

So, today the ED Launcher decided to stop working. It just freezes when I try to open it. Sometimes it opens, kind of, but if I click the Log In button it freezes again.

Task Manager shows the process going "Running...Not Responding...Running...Not Responding... ... ..." until it finally stops for good.

If the launcher actually launches, it ends up looking like this:



So far I've tried restarting my computer and clearing the launher config file (as per a tip I found from the net) but none of that helped. What is this? Anyone else having these issues? Is it my end or theirs?

Mine worked fine this morning, and now after reading this.... I'm afraid to shut it down to test it. I hope you get it fixed soon!

Yeah, it started working after a while. Maybe deleting the config file did the trick, can't say for certain. One thing it did though, I had to input new verification code. Apparently deleting the file erased my initial verification.

But still, took a good minute after clicking 'Play' before anything happened. And then I got the 'can't connect to authentication server' message once I was in. After restarting once more I finally got to play

I got freezes the last couple of days. Hard reset wouldn't even work.
