Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Can anyone help with the Air Traffic Control (or whatever the technical name is) audio as all I can hear is very feint 'white noise'?

In Beta it sounded awesome.

I have messed around with all the Audio settings, all to no avail.

Not all stations have a "speech" they give.
Is it every time you go to dock, no matter the location? And where are you currently? The outposts don't have chatter either.

Optimize for Night works for me with ship Voice volume slider ahead of the others, but I use a Headset.

If you're at stations you should be getting the traffic chatter. Assuming that your volume is set okay for it, have you gone to the E-D launcher, hit options, and 'validate files'? Maybe something is corrupt on your file set.

Stations have them (Orbis, Coriolis, Ocellus etc), outposts do not.

Hello CMDRs' Thank you all for your input. I am currently working away from home but did manage to 'overnight' at home last week. I messed around with all the audio settings in the game and also my PC sound system. My sound quality is now awesome to say the least and I can hear Flight Control just fine. Hearing some of the FCs' accents made me ROFL. Cheers.

I've been very happy with how well, or is that poorly? -- I'll use "accurately" (so there's no confusion) -- we Americans are represented in our great variety in an UK-based game with a sizable (majority?), non-US gaming base.

I'm still surprised that the greens are to the right, if you've noticed on the stations that have signs only facing one orientation (instead of both up and upside down), as well as how the gates are enumerated. Drive on the right side ... confirmed?

Fly upside down and you will be driving on the left!

Yes, but in some stations, you can see they favor the other way with the signs. I.e., most stations have signs both up and down from any orientation. But some stations are only one way, and right-side up has the greens on the right.

Kinda surprised me for an UK-based game and heavy Commonwealth userbase.
