Good Post. But they neglect to say that it was Elite, or rather Ian Bell and David Brabben, that developed Procedural Generation for games, without which the other 2 would still be a pipedream....

The good thing is that the other two make benchmarks for FPS and planetary landing, so FD will have to do better or at least as well as them.

I plan to simply own and play all 3. I am an alpha backer in SC and havent seen No Man's Sky until just now but it is getting added to my list... The advantages of being disabled and having no life other than fishing trips and gaming?.... LOTS of time for flying in space hehe.

Still not in the least bit interested in Star Citizen. If I want to play an FPS, I'll play UT4.
No man's Sky however looks very interesting. First time I've heard of it, but will definitely keep up with it from now on.
