Just joined, how do i get into the server?

hey everyone, i just joined today and im trying to find the server under the "Search for Groups" tab but nothing i search come back with any results. I've been looking around on here and it says i will be invited but im not sure if its an immediate thing that i didnt get, if the invite function is bugged on elite, or if its a manual invite that just hasn't been sent yet.

Hello and welcome, Commander. You won't get an invitation. You have to request to join the group from in-game and it has to be manually accepted:

Launch the game, click on Friends and private groups, then on the Groups tab, and type MOBIUS into the field labelled Search Groups. Several groups with Mobius in their names will be found. Click the Request Join button in front of the first one (MOBIUS).

Once your request has been accepted by Mobius (usually in less than 24 hours), click on Start, then on Private Group, and finally on Mobius to join the server.

FYI It might take a day or two to get into the group. I started with the tutorials and Solo play until I got in. Open is available as well, but I got blasted my 1st trip out of the starting station lol.
