There was a lot of discussion in Beta about the recalibration of the heat range. Fortunately, heat is not quite as vicious as it was during testing: I found I could safely only get to 60/s using the A2 Fuel Scoop in my Asp, where the max possible was 75/s. I've now upgraded to an A3 and would recommend it to anyone if they can fit one in as it's quicker and safer. If you're doing a lot of laser firing with low capacitor you will find you heat up quicker. It's all buried in the release notes.
I'm really surprised that the non-beta players didn't get more of a warning that 100% is the new 130% as the damage threshold, but it does make more sense.

Don't get me wrong I like the change, I can get my Asp with a 6C fuel scoop right in close and fill her up in 30 seconds and be away before getting the heat above 75. But it was quite a surprise the first time I scooped that I was not expecting.

Just need to becarefull now and not run over 100%

Before, heat went up to 160% = 100% now. Look at your heat panel, you'll notice three segments. First segment is not harmful, second segment is heat level that causes module damage and third segment is critical, your hull will take damage.

For fuel scooping, fly as close as possible towards the star while in the first segment = safe zone. :)
