Looking for a new Home system

Looking for somewhere new to locate my ships and use as a main base.

Ideally with the following:


Good Shipyard and upgrades available in system or nearby.
Decent local trade routes.
Nearby RES and conflict zones.

Doesn't really matter whether it's Fed or Empire.

Dunno about conflict zones but I was in the Tau Ceti area for quite some time - it has Agricultural and Industrial stations and is one hop away from TZ Arietis which is High Tech and sells a bunch of upgrades and stuff. It's in the Federal region, not that far from Sol.
Alternatively you could try the Shinrarta Dezhra (Founders World system) region - even if you don't have a permit to get in there, there are a bunch of Industrial, Refinery, High Tech, and Extraction systems in a cluster (actually Shinrarta Dezhra might be the only High Tech one around there, I can't remember now), with nearby Bunda covering the Agricultural needs.

Edit - Also, the Shinrarta Dezhra region has the added bonus of actually having players flying around in it .

I'm based in Carener (Federation Space). Main station (butz port) has a dozen ships (no vulture or FDL though) and a decent selection of upgrades but they can vary of course. 3 res sites but no conflict zone at the moment as there has just been a local faction war. The system has it own pirate faction (they really do not like me!). There are a few systems close by that sometimes have conflict zones and have res sites as well. Trade is ok, nothing special but some high value goods, no rare goods that I'm aware of anywhere near though.

There is also still a Conflict Zone system nearby at LFT 926 and a few places with RES sites. Not to mention this site isn't really all that far from Codorain (Empire in a sea other other factions) and Leesti/Lave area. But yeah for Founders world/Jameson Memorial you do have to have a permit.
