OMF *slaps head*, in every system I've ever scanned with my adv discovery scanner, I've left as "unexplored" because I thought I required a detailed scanner to actually see the names of starts/planets/stuff.
I've been playing since Jan BTW.

Met my first Clipper today that really did put up a fight. His three wingmates ripped off the shields, his cannon loadout compromized my canopy, I gained distance to recharge shields, turned with 1 ring not to loose him and attacked again, and the canpoy bursted in the onslaught; managed to get the Clipper down in the following fight, jumped out, got inderdicted, ran, and made it with 2 minutes of air to the next outpost ... that didn't offer repairs ... and onward to the next bigger station. Which was not hard at least.
Well, call it a day.

Me and Flip found the the ultimate res spawn, big ships dropping in all over the place sometimes in multiples of three...only problem it's now pitch black so we are waiting for daylight...

That was really the mother of all RES! We made more than 13m combined!

Lol I wish my ship had more endurance to stay around with that kind of voucher kills. Or at least quick enough for that.

Anyways, went RES farming for a while and turned in 6m+ just now; only got about 10m in for that HR 706 bounty event atm. At least I get to be in the 5% range again (I hope it stays that way), while the others have already turned in 37m.

I could buy a Python right now I guess, but I don't think if I'll even have enough funds for the weapons themselves first.

i went back to Eotienses to do a couple more loads for the CG and round my total off to 10,500t, and there i had my first interdiction and fight while in my Annie - with another Anaconda. he got my shields down to one ring, but he is dust and i am not. i got 160k for killing him.

ironically before i launched i was considering selling all of Annie's weapons, because i had never used them since i bought her. now they can stay right where they are.

Took the 100ly or so trip to Alliance space to hand in 1M worth of bounty vouchers, they were so pleased they made be their friend, picked up a bit of cartography cash into the bargain.

Strolling back to my (current) home system on the border of Empire/Fed space whilst doing a bit of trading and bounty hunting on the way.

RES hunting as usual lol - seems the NPC's are trying tricks with their names to hide from us!!

If this one hadn't been in front of me I would have ignored it - I don't kill the little fish unless they bite
