thanks people who repped, I will be returning the favour, im now at 2010, 2000 as far as I know is the final level regarding rep description, that has been achieved but nothing special happened with the pips. though I still think that does change at some point but I haven't a clue at what point value,

I have made a thread on FD forums which was: "Elite will not achieve as many players [after release] as David would like to and not as many to call the game "genre changing" until FD implements proper pvp [and multiplayer in general] mechanics".
