More sorties into the Exioce CZ , never realized how beautiful chaff looks till I started flying backwards

Chaff can be quite distracting if you get awestruck by it while fighting another ship. I want to rebuy my anaconda, and put 4 chaff and 4 heat sink launchers on it for some screen shot fun

I just tried. It disperses so fast, that I wasn't able to get a good shot with 4 chaff and 4 heatsink launchers. No luck solo..

Anyway, 46% until Elite. Slowly getting there.

I just completed some shadow deliveries out of 17 Draconis. The BB was pretty stingy, I only got 5 missions after an hour of cycling. (and I'm allied with both Fed faction there, and friendly with the Ind, as well as Trade rank tycoon). All in all, 2.5 hours from start of BB cycling to successful drop off of last cargo. $17.5M. It was a nice break from my normal combat routine.

BTW, there are PLENTY of cash donation and "bring me food" donation missions there if anyone is looking to increase their Fed rank. I went up 11% just throwing some money at them while cycling the BB.

Roughly 420 more trade runs left, and 40% to go until I hit Elite.

Wondering what I'll do first once I hit Elite, and stop trading as my primary play for the first time.

When I went there, it was millions of food donations, and 2 shadow delivery, even after cycling the board.

I went there last night, and completely struck out on finding either, even though I had coordinates from the interwebs. There was nothing there, and it took me like 2 hours to align to the coordinates on the planets, even using the 3D map on the landing computer to navigate a canyon on the dark (VERY dark) side of a planet.

I went to obsidian orbital to at least cash in my exploration data from the trip over, and saw some hollow dots in the station, but no one was talking.

Utterly demoralizing trip that I had hoped would be a nice diversion from grinding on rank and money.

So I'm going back to grinding rank and money.
