The only time I've come close to landing her nose 1st was when the landing pad was right at the end of the station, my landing gear down, in the blue coming through the toast rack and hitting down thrust every once in awhile.

Finally managed to get back at the controls of my ship after a couple of busy weeks planet side.

Was off helping OoM for a few hours, but the lack of missions (please Mobius pay the controllers more money), made it difficult to do too much. So I headed towards Federation space for Bernard's Star and Sol, picked up my Sirius permit while in the area. And have managed to gain a promotion to Petty Officer while I was at it.

Also found a rogue piece of software that I installed aboard my ship called "Voice Attack"and I think it is wonderful.

On a sadder note, I came across a pilot who I greeted and seemed to think that my hail was slightly rude/incorrect. All I did was use "o7" which to me is the standardised Elite Dangerous pilot salute (from Reddit). I have read this wrong? Is anybody insulted by this?

In the end I didn't spend so much time in Cubeo today, I hoped over to Waimiri with my FDL and did crime sweep combat for my power play merits with ALD. Hell I needed a break from that place!

Today was a bust for me. Getting Xcom 2 and is a dog, pig piece of junk that I had to get a refund for. Then getting the Horizons DLC season pass and I can't log in because of some screw up about redeeming the key, redeem works, just FD doesn't talk to Steam or some such and all I get is a loop back to the redeem key screen

I actually spend most of the day in the High Rez site outside of Thome in HIP 16607 bounty hunting with my Clipper. Made about 14 million so that was good. Getting my credits back in order. After pimping out the Clipper to the tune of 141 million which includes the base cost of the ship left my credit balance a bit weak lol It just seems wrong that it costs 185% more than the cost of the ship to fit it properly

Its like buying a brand new car for 22,000.00 (13,750 pounds) then being told that you need to spend an additional 119,000.00 for it to run right

My wing mate was doing some piracy against NPCs and popped the hatch on a Type 9 and 15 blueprints tumbled out and the value listed on his cargo manifest was 132,000 credits each. I was logging in and we were on TS when he just groaned and I asked him what happened and he said "the bleedin' wanker rammed me and my ship blew up" I quickly pulled out my English to English dictionary and offered him my condolences.

ROFL!! I have the same situation sometimes when I wing up with Brits. Why can't everyone just speak American English?

Anywhooo..... doing some trade runs in the new Cutter. I'm getting used to the slugish controls. Man... if you ever think your ship handles like crap, fly a D rated Cutter. But... it's a HUGE cargo ship, so one would expect it to fly accordingly. It's making me about $10mil per hour with no trouble, and I can catch up on the message board and FB during jumps.

I'll be taking the Corvette out of the hangar later today to kill some stuff in the general Azrael area if anyone wants to wing up.
