Hello all, Cmdr Chemtrail reporting in.

I'm a late starter to the Elite universe and feeling a bit lonely in the mass of space.
Hoping to meet up with you in pve space soon.

I have been gaming since the days of the zx spectrum (yes im old )

I first played Elite on the amiga and have been determined to get into this version for a while now.
Other space games I've played are x3tc x3ap and freespace 2

so aside from my introductory post i'll jump in here and continue :)

I'm in the same position as Cmdr Chemtrail above, very late joiner to the Elite Universe, i've always chosen PVE over PvP in _every_ game that i've played. PvP has it's place and occasionally i'll dip my toe in the water but PvP also has a tendency to breed Elitism amongst it's participants which is an instant turn-off for me.

the very first computer that was actually mine and not my families was a ZX Spectrum 48k followed shortly by the ZX Spectrum 128K +3 (first non-floppy-floppy-disk model) but Prior to that, my family owned an Odyssey 2 (ahhhh, centipede, such a simple but amazing game!)

Looking forward to getting together with you guys for some fun and games :)

Hey guys, my name is Adam Sams on forums, in game and in real life. I chose PvE because I love to play games with people, rather than against. I'm new to Elite Dangerous as a game, but not to space simulations (I've played an embarassing amount of X3:AP and Evochron Mercenary). Look forward to flying the skies with the MOBIUS PVE group!

Atrer here and in game. I left open because piloting a T7 is seen by the open commanders as an invitation to be a practice target for their PvP built ships. I am very happy that Mobius exists so that I don't have to be relegated to solo.

Greetings and welcome to Mobius, new Commanders

Please feel free to add your names to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already Image.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius (based at Rafferty's Mobius station in the Azrael system). We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.

Greetings to all Commanders,

First of all I must say that English is not my native language; as you will see. I use online translators to support me, but I hope to have, or I think, a good level of reading comprehension.

After about 600 hours in game (and with a few hundreds of thousands hours more in real-life), can say that I like this "Mobius PvE" concept. I do not like this permissiveness which, in my opinion, I have seen in the PvP aspect from Frontier. I can not know, obviously, if 21,000 players (~) share the same opinion, but I guess I'm not too wrong.

In short: one more.

(I reiterate my apologies for language errors)
