Darr Valen wrote:Is that a laden-range upgrade, or max range? 16.45Ly laden would make the corvette viable in many other roles besides standard combat. Personally, I love landing the Corvette and using it for SRV mining. It has great thrust/weight compared to the Cutter, looks great, and lands easily.

16.45 is max range, 16.3 full tank, and 16.1 laden (only 32 tons of cargo space).

-Hope that helps clarify things. :)

Not 1, but 2 Anacondas are stalking me, both RNGineer'd out the ass. Switched to eco mode to avoid stop and scoops to Sothis and CEOS. 98 Jumps left, but no scooping required. 104 total jumps, I can make it 102 without scooping at all.

Do you have any engineer's cargo on board? I rarely ever get interdicted if I'm not carrying cargo that one engineer or another needs for a recipe.

I have cargo I bought for missions. It's a modified mission status. Got 1 for 2 missions each. That's why it's 2 RNGineer'd Anacondas..

I can kill them and get a bonus. /s

As I am going to FTL, the second Anaconda drops right in front of me.. Interdicted by 1, luckily starting to go into the hyperlight tunnel, and smack the second conda.. and didn't take massive hull damage in the process. 70 more to CEOS.

Fell asleep on my way to Brady Horizons. Luckily I wasn't interdicted and was only like 20,000LS past it.

Sitting in the rings around HIP 8396 1. Going to try and mine and dump at the station to get allied already.. Sirius Corp mission spawn rate is junk, even halfway through friendly.

Somehow I got myself into the top 10% of the Ambika combat CG (out of just under 5000 Commanders).

I doubt I'll still be there when the CG ends, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

Grinding Sirius missions in Avik and Procyon. Got bored trying to mine my way to Allied. Probably 30% more 'til allied. Maybe less.

What kind of missions are they? Do they just bounce between the two systems or send you to other systems as well?
I really wish 64 Arietis was Fed cause it's between 2/3 planets with the occasional mid range transport to other systems but earns decent money.

Sothis and Ceos have a Sirius Corp presence, though usually not as many missions as the other factions. You'd have to fly back to Avik for the invite mission after hitting allied, but the grind will certainly be more profitable around Sothis.
