You'll love it......It's a game changer if you haven't used head tracking before....

And another plus is you might actually be able to see other ships before you push them into the station wall

I get paid on tuesday and i'm trying to keep my mind on the fact that while TrackIR is superior to ED Tracker, I really can't afford the cost...

I have heard lot of good things about ED tracker, but since i could get that TrackIR here in Finland (i wanted it quickly) i suffered the higher costs. It was about 160€ with delivery.

And i kept telling myself it's going to be used a lot so it's going to be worth the price...

I can afford the trackIR 5 when I get paid, but I also need a new headset, new keyboard and desperately need a new computer chair so I have to prioritise and for the cost of trackIR I can get ed tracker, a chair and a headset. It's not even as if I play enough games to warrant the trackIR purchase but Elite just makes me want to throw money into my setup

Just got assistance from a pirate during a "special cargo run". When I first met him, the guy was too stupid to interdict me even when I immediately submitted to the interdiction. The second time I met him was at the Coriolis starport where I was figuring out a way to get past the half dozen cops without getting scanned. The guy attacked, the cops rushed out to defend me, and I docked at normal speed with my special cargo.

Parked up the Cutter in IX, downgraded a few modules back to trade fit...
And purchased a new toy, and went to Varati (Home of the Canonn) to try it out in a CZ.
I knew the Corvette had a poor jump range, but heck. At least I scanned a few things while I took the 'economical' route for any other ship.
At least in combat I dont keep muttering 'turn you bu**er, turn!'

Waiting for my ED Tracker. In the mean time, following JL's advice, am now bounty hunting at a CNB again. And handing in Empire bounties into Azrael.
