Hiya, Commanders.

Been a pilot in E:D since original pre-1.0 Beta. Flew primarily in Solo for the longest time, mostly because I wasn't really feeling up to interacting with other people. Been a flight-simmer since I was a young 'un, cutting my teeth on Falcon, Battle of Britain, Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe, Tornado and X-Wing, to name a few, and the huge galaxy that surrounds our tiny planet has always intrigued me, so ED was an instant purchase for me.

I was a frequent Redditor from time to time, but that place is exhausting and I was looking for a friendlier clime. I currently fly a well-fitted FAS, though the ol' beast could use a few upgrades here and there. I've pretty much done everything that E:D has to offer and I've kept doing the things that don't otherwise bore me to tears, which means I mostly blow things up and just have fun flying. Still, I have an appreciation for new players and like helping them out, so that's occasionally a thing I do, I guess, when I'm not short on credits from upgrading my Federal Grindmonster. :p

Other than that, I work full-time, and otherwise play some ED or other games (Fractured Space and the upcoming Street Fighter V, especially) when I'm not doing (bad) art or (sub-par) writing in my off-time. In-game, I've mostly settled in Kadu Mist and I hang round the Eravate > Kremainn area for that old-timey nostalgia feel. Hit me up if you see me blasting and we'll chat or something, though I'm actually something of a cool, vague loner who smokes in that one extremely ill-lit corner of the bar and eyes the rest of the patrons with a critical gaze. :p

Wanted to hit up Mobius because I heard it was a cool place to PVE without all the Immense Drama, so I'm glad to be here.

Sorry, had a long tough battle last night with one piloted by an Elite NPC in a wing with 2 Asp Explorers.
Managed to get rid of the FAS but had to 'brave-sir-robin' from its two wing-mates. It sure is a powerful ship.

Anyway.....I digress.

Welcome to Mobius! Good choice of ship with the FAS - it's pretty much unbreakable. During the recent war in Exioce, I was using one to ram imperial cutters (preceded by "Hold my beer - watch this!"). I had good times with that tank.
