Update #1 First signs of life!
Only 279 Light years away from our little blue dot and I am already feeling a bit home sick.
As i jump from system to system, scan an asteroid belt here find a barren planet there, i come across what i can only call a binary planet system. I dont know maybe its just a moon and a planet and im being silly =P. I scan the first, yet another high metal rocky world (moon?). The scan completes on the second body, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, water. My very first habitable world. My little earth out here

Update #2 Hello?
I have noticed something rather eerie on my travels. I have stopped seeing stations of any kind! I did a quick check and found that my closest station is 143Ly back the way i came. It's not that big of a deal because I have with me a top of the line fuel scoop. Just thought this was worth notting. Will keep an eye out for stations as i press onward.

I had to take a little detour when i saw this monster on the galaxy map. At 55.8992 solar radius you might want to bring some shades
