First thing I experienced was the old landing pad not seeing you come in the correct way bug. This was fixed ages ago but seems to have crept back into the code...

Apart from that, not noticed much difference, though I miss my Cobra and Gimballed Weapons

For the beta testing they've got a bunch of ships on low cost so that we can ram them, missile them etc to confirm behaviour. Some ships have been excluded from the discount so far. The Anaconda is normal price and the Python as well. The Python is odd as that's been nerfed good and proper so I would have thought they would want people to get it to test.

Top-tip - apparently you can buy the T9 for 100cr and then sell the components for normal price. Self destruct. Start again. Might be a way to get to testing with Python and Anaconda if you have the patience.

Well buying T-9's and stripping em.....2.6 mill per strip.......

Can't sell em.........So have about 9.......

Got a fully A rated Viper.....And a basic Asp........

Flown a few missions and bounty hunted in the viper........I'm playing in Open at the mo.....

Someone rammed me......They lost.......USS 2 sideys had a go.......Good fight.....They lost......

Open is a bit choppy framerate wise....Sometimes really choppy.........

Solo seems OK......

Docking computer on platforms is vastly improved....No faffing about now.....

Transitions from into/out of SC OK in solo......Bit crap in open......Took ages one time......

Open....Shit loads of peeps/npcs on the scanner slows scanner to a crawl........

Seems faster initial speed up in SC and final approach to destination seems faster........

So will auto docking computers be worth it now with the improved AI u think? Or still hit or miss and u might as well have fun manual landing? Are people noticing improved AI in general?

Oh and my thoughts on it too, love the improved algorithm for gal map plotting and even without going out that far and really exploring I got some first to discover items, so I like the exploring update and new sell page layout.
