Finally made the decision and sold my Viper for extra funds for my Cobra's 4B FSD. Finally, it will (and did!) make the trip to Sol. Then I had to dock and go to dinner. Haha. Dammit. Back to it soon! Find some local trade routes to make and then head out into the great unknown once and for all!

Maybe. I might change my mind after sleeping on it. heh.

Returned to game after watching a soccer game. A couple of trading runs and a mission for Federation Navy (now Midshipman). Some more hunting with the Eagle, cashed 59K with an Imperial Clipper as trophy for today.
With now 897K in the bank, the Cobra is getting near !
Met Cmdr Hengest outside Ackermann Market after cashing my bounties, but he jumped before replying...

Could have been, I did notice a contact hanging around the nav beacon area.

Hmm well let see what am I doing in game. Right now just got myself a Viper, and enjoying to bigger ship, but other than that and doing a little bounty hunting around some extraction point in Vaka, not doing much of else. Regardless still enjoying the game and beeboping around the stars

Not much time available today so just did the bounty hunting part. A lot more clean ships than usual, missed a 59K Anaconda which managed to jump away with 5% left. Still made around 50K in an hour with the help of Authorities for a couple of Cobras. Had a hard time against a Master Eagle with a turreted beam laser on top hardpoint, had to use a couple of shield cells and chaff.
Met Cmdr -Spyder- in SC while going to Ackermann cash the bounties.

I've made the trip from the Empire back to Lave Sector (that's 450+ systems visited - so far). On the way I stopped at RES sites, and also the last 2 nights at the RES in Leesti, and have made about 175 kills and 1.1M cr (did that in 20 minutes trading ). So now I'm up to competent.

I think now I'll try to find a good home base in the Alliance. I think Lave & Leesti are probably too crowded. Then I'll park the Viper and kit an Asp for exploration (and combat), and go work on my explorer ranking. That will probably take a month or more. Maybe by the time I get back something interesting will be happening in the Alliance.

I've been invite to Facece by the Imperial Navy where I will apparently receive a coded message. Does anyone know if these missions have been fixed yet? I already had the permit for Facece due to my Imperial rank.
