He's actually completely ok, and has stated in the ED thread that he will only kill non-PCI ships, unless attacked first. He might actually be a great help and could drive the other factions into strong and fast decline. Strange to get cooperation from an assassin!

He also seems to intend to stick around so we can chase him for his bounty. He certainly is bringing a nice change into Pand, now that things have slowed down...

Ah good to hear, well he brings a pvp target and some extra firepower to pand, the experiment was originally meant to be open ended. The original goal was that the factional military was meant to be in there along with economic expansion ( which weve had a lot of ) and other events as well as colony expansion ( yet to affect) so yeah onwards we go and keep this boat moving

Just a shame the devs dont seem to want to have a open breathing dynamic galaxy with lots of automatic things going on in response to player actions ( and with a lot of content that happens automatically and with lots of different things to influence) but at least they seem to be slowly moving that way

Affirmative i can still see the ED forums, have had no luck requesting my account posting rights be reinstated.

I cant change the offical three top 3 representatives but nurhil hasnt been seen in a while, dielos u seem to be the other main top active person so ill put it publicly here im giving both you and zeeman permission to do a radio interview on my behalf. Think of me as a mysterious leader who merely floats around in textual form ( dont have a working microphone currently) and by the sounds of it he is eurozone and with work i just cant get up in the middle of the night atm to do a podcast etc. So zeeman is welcome to do it aka barefoot bandit, i think its a good idea, whats his audience like, youve also got permision to post something, perhaps zeeman can do some comments on the geopolitical aims and exploration side, and youe welcome to give an overview of the mission/trading/combat situation.

All the 3 minor factions in pand are at 1%, remmembering that expansion can kick off at 75% or higher. In the pending colume we have boom civil unrest and lockdown all down trending. not sure if my 6 hour killing spree of all wanted in USS sites ( friends of pand and pand inc ) helped to lower the states. But that was my contribution yesterday doing another stint now

Is anyone else playing in open noticing after half an hour and after a fight or two , that the connection to the virtual server halves its data speed and the game gets glitchy, i dont have the issue in solo so its not a grahpical problem, i ran pingtrace and connection speed ( my fast internet has no issues generally) so bandwidth wasnt an issue but it was just that one 54... IP to the virtual amazon servers that Frontier use for elite that just seem to throttle themselves which of course doesnt help me gameplay wise. Barefoot has reported the same and a host of other people just hoping frontier can fix it down the track.

This actually sounds fun! I was wondering if i could join up? I really don't have a trading vessel a the moment. Lost my Python due to forgetting cargo and a poor mission decision. Oh well... I'll be upgrading to a Cobra MkIII soon.The mission your on would be a lofty undertaking and i'm there.

the more the merrier, as u would be aware its a long term goal, and a lot of what we want to do is yet to be implemented by the devs 1.3 is bringing a few new things, they havent automated community goals at a local level so small scale community goals are mostly missing, the ability to influence local space with smaller projects but i digress, theres still shooting, missions, trading and exploration data to recieve. An economic boom to continue, nearby systems that have mining potential ( feel free to sell in pand) even though it exports metals it imports a lot of minerals.

State of play now is a small committed group of players, lots of exploration data from infrequent visitors, passing traffic. Lots of NPCs to shoot ( Preferred all npcs except Purple central industries whic h is faction we support). A 2 week economic boom which is either stuck or just supported enough ( but for each day our wealth and development indexes continue to rise) expansion , unrest and lockdown pending ( though the last 2 are weakening)

PCI at 97% influence, each of the 3 minor other factions at 1% each, just need a few more active players and a better idea how to trigger an expansion event fire that myr or may not allow us to go to another system probably orokundra but that hasnt fired yet, but the economic boom is good as it keeps makin PCI and the system more wealthy and developed which is key to longer term plans

Hi vidar im still here drop youre exploration data in it is much welcomed im still doing the odd trip here and there as well as shooty at npcs in pand, doing some wing stuff and trading/missions

Neuroplay ask some text based questions here dont have a working mic and dont really have the time to getup in the eurozone to do an interview so im delegating to zeeman/barefoot bandi and dielos who can discuss on my behalf.

But im still overseeing and watching the frontier forums, devs still wont reinstate my account so im here interacting.
