Also known as Rssblade in COD and Bracknell on Steam, wee bit of a gamehead, retired from the Ratrace and focused on Elite, using x52pro Hotas and self built EdTracker unit (9150), enjoy the game, not player killers, I was pounced by a Player killer type, I had a fine of 200 credits and a 10% hull, just having been through an epic struggle already in a conflict zone, I was out shipped, out gunned and never stood a Cats chance in Hell, lost a sizeable bounty and felt really angry, hence I am here, with a group that opposes PVP (in general) and I will get back to enjoying the game, without constantly watching my six in openplay, oh and the real name is Ross

Cmdr Bulletstop reporting in. I usually play solo as I really do not feel like pvp. I prefer trading exploring and some pve. Due to my disability I do not play set hours so that usually stops me from joining a more active group. It really is hard to play some days or due to sleep interruptions I will play odd hours.
I have read good things about this group so I decided to stop in and say hi. I hope to see you all in game soon.

Good morning/afternoon/evening ladies and gentlemen, children and pets, monsters and heroes, I think that about covers all.

My in name game is Cdr Debic and joined Mobius when it was in its hundreds. I am a kickstarter backer and got involved With Elite back in the days of the BBC micro and Commodore. My reasons for being in the Mobius group are, like many of you here, I have had my fill of jerks who wish to go around getting their rocks off by just player killing without reason. Don't get me wrong, I will play that game at times in places like War Thunder, or as I used to in Wow Battlegrounds, but that is a choice I can make within a game, or as in War Thunders game the only choice. In those scenarios though that is a place and time I choose to go to.

In Eve, which I played for a number of years, I watched the gradual decline towards griefing and ganking of players, who wished to be able to play the PVE parts of the game without the vitriolic attitude towards them from the very vociferous PVP group.

I was originally afraid this would happen also to Elite:Dangerous, but am pleased to say I am glad it has been set up with systems like solo play and private group play that negates the possibility pretty much. Al though I have noticed the two arseholes(cough) bragging on the ED forums about the PK they carried out during their stay here. My biggest concern with these idiots is that it may encourage others who may think they can drive people out of Mobius, by this type of anti group action and so cause the decline of our PVE wish of play. .
Anyway for now those thoughts are just that, I am glad to be here, even though I have been a little slow joining the group web site, for quite a long time

I'm a premium beta backer for ED and bought the game for the PVE and CO-OP aspects. I have no interest in PVP outside of conflict zones so I've mostly played in private group with a few friends. I joined this group in the hope of seeing morew like minded players who enjoy the social and co-op aspects of the game. I've made my home in the Carener system and I pretty much just doing RES bounty hunting as there's a few sites close the the main station. Hopefully I may see some of you there

Hi, my name is David. I don't play ED yet, I guess it will take ma around a month before I upgrade my PC and I'm ready to fully join the group. I've been following the game for a while and I like what I saw. I didn't like what I have read in various places about griefers and other people trying to do their best to ruin the game for others. So I was planning to stay in solo mode most of the time, which was a sad thing, because it's nice to have a living players in the same universe to cooperate with. Then I found out about the group whilst reading about the differences between the game modes and I'm glad I stumbled upon this information.
I don't mind PvP in general, but I'm more interested in exploration and I'm not looking for Counter Strike in space. I don't think that PvP aspect of the game is particularly well designed at the moment. So I'd rather keep it down to duels in specified zones.

Haven't gotten the game as of yet, but hoping to have it within the next couple weeks. I'm not at all interested in PVP unless it's with people I know aren't out just to gank, grief, "pwn all the noobs" so I was really glad to find this group! I want to be involved as possible (and as much as my job and home life will allow) and really look forward to seeing you all in space and making some awesome new friends! I'm mostly interested in exploring as of right now but once I get the game that may change, I know that I'm going to do some mining/bounty hunting to get me a nice kitted Fer De Lance or Asp and will gladly play with anyone looking for some company.
