I'm a sucker for trading and can't wait for the mining. The thought of some ass-hat blowing the crap out of my uninsured, fully laden, non-financially recoverable, cuff link delivering milk float gives me the heebie geebies, as it should you!
(I deliver cuff links both to expand the British Empire and because they don't sour so fast)

Hi,
I first played the orginal Elite in the 80s and have been waiting for a modern version ever since. Privateer, Freelancer and the like were OK, but just never quite made the grade in my book. I have chosen PvE because it is no fun to be constantly under attack for no reason, especially when my dogfighting skills are so rusty that revenge cannot easily be attained
Throughly enjoying beta testing, looking forward to meeting some of you online.
Background - I'm an experimental physicist by trade and have flown light aircraft, sailplanes and helicopters in the real world, although not in the last 5 years or so. I am also female - not a problem for you, gents, I hope? Don't feel obliged to restrain your language on Teamspeak, though, ha ha!
