Trying out Beta when I have the time. Bought a Diamondback and had a quick blast about in that. So far, I kinda like it. Fits on a Small landing pad. Fully A rated its jump range is something around the 25lys mark with a C3 Fuel tank and now with 1.3 there is the option of buying additional fuel tanks in place of cargo racks. It has a good sound to it, one of the effects is very Tardis like which makes me laugh each time I hear it
Not found anywhere selling the Courier yet but will use my new little runabout to nip around the galaxy till I get to Empire space where I am going to try the Clipper and the Courier seeing as everything is so cheap

I have discovered the joys of bounty hunting the RES at Mambojas. I'll be in there for up to an hour until I've run out of ammo for the multicannons on the Cobra.

I suppose I'll have to try some trading just to get my ranking up from Penniless

The Vulture is a very capable killer, but I must admit I found it a bit too clinical and characterless. But given the improvements to AI that people are seeing 'clinical' may be the way to go again

if your talking about the AI in beta...Then yes.....The way it is now (In beta) has made me wonder how my Asp in real game will handle it...

It's completely different.....They are always coming in close.....

I'm using flight assist off a lot more now as they are always tight in......

Still get em.......Just takes longer and a lot more thinking and special awareness......

Six days in and I just purchased my Mk. III, will making about 120K a round trip (17ly) in Apala as soon as I can find some size 16 cargo holds.

Seeing a little about how power play will work got me thinking about my current fleet. A T7, Vulture, Eagle, and whatever else I end up buying will be too much to haul around when it's time to pick a faction. So I broke down and bought a Clipper.

I call her Angelica. She has 2 pulses and 2 cannons for now. It's as pretty to fly as they say. With 178T cargo and more speed than any of my other ships, she will have to play all the rolls I had the others for. And she has a co-pilots seat for a ships Mascot. Maybe one of those cats that poop coffee I hear about on Radio Sidewinder. And the HUD looks great in Blue.
